      Get GCFormer Support

           1. Go to the "C:\Program Files\GCFormer" folder
           2. Run GCFormer.exe
           3. Click "Support"
           4. Click "Start FTP"
           5. Send a Message via FTP  (your name, phone, email address)
           6. Send your Log Files via FTP


      Get GCFBinSrvr Support (Networked Version)

           1. Go to the "C:\Program Files\GCFormer\Networked" folder
           2. Run GCFBinSrvr.exe
           3. Click "Support"
           4. Click "Start FTP"
           5. Send a Message via FTP  (your name, phone, email address)
           6. Send your Log Files via FTP
